When you contact Jason
When you submit our contact form, Jason receives the details you provide, such as your name, email, optional phone number, real estate plans, preferred towns, timing, and message. He uses this information to answer your request, arrange the next step, and maintain your real estate contact record. You can request help without subscribing to ongoing marketing emails.
The form is hosted by Tally. Submitted answers are stored there, and relevant information is transferred through Zapier to Keller Williams Command for contact management and follow-up. A copy is also sent to Jason's email inbox. Submission records, email copies, and integration history may retain the information you send. Jason reviews repeat inquiries and can add them to an existing contact when an automatic contact transfer cannot do so.
When available, submissions include their date and identifiers, the page they came from, and campaign labels from the link you used, called UTM parameters. The embedded form can receive the contact page's URL parameters. These details help Jason understand which pages or campaigns generated inquiries and check that requests were received. Your email preference and the version of the wording shown with that choice are also retained. Please do not place personal or sensitive information in campaign links or include financial account details in your inquiry.
Optional follow-up emails
If you choose the optional email subscription, Jason may send relevant Outer Banks buying, selling, and ownership information—about weekly during an introduction, then monthly. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact Jason to change your preference. Sending another inquiry does not by itself subscribe you again. Responses about a request you make are separate from this optional subscription.
If you contact Jason directly by email, phone, or text, he receives the information you choose to share and may retain relevant details in his email or contact records to help with your inquiry.
Services used for your inquiry
Tally, Zapier, Keller Williams, and the email service process and store information to provide these functions. See Tally's privacy information, Zapier's privacy policy, Keller Williams' privacy policy, and Google's privacy policy. This site's notice describes Jason's handling of your inquiry and does not replace those providers' notices.
Website operation and form protection
The hosting service may process technical information such as IP address, requested pages, and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. This protection may process browser, device, and interaction information and use cookies. See Google's privacy policy and terms.
Riddick Realty OBX does not install advertising pixels or a custom analytics tracker on this version of the website. The hosting service, form provider, and spam-protection service may still process technical and usage information to operate their services.
Other websites
Home search opens Jason's Keller Williams website. Account registration, saved searches, property inquiries, cookies, and data collection there are governed by the privacy notices on that website. Local source links also take you to independently operated sites. Choosing Share on Facebook opens Facebook with the public article link; Facebook handles your interaction under its own privacy policy. The website does not load a Facebook tracking pixel or sharing SDK.
Your choices
Share only the information needed for your inquiry. You can ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or ask Jason to stop marketing emails by contacting JasonRiddickOBX@gmail.com or 252-202-8451. Marketing emails also include an unsubscribe link. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal obligations.
